to to building a a a a a a more just city country and planet They aim to to achieve this through the creation of inclusive stimulating safe and and radical spaces in in which activists and and groups come together to to work organise learn create collaborate and celebrate Bertha Bertha House is funded and managed by Bertha Bertha Foundation - a a a a a a a a a a a global human rights foundation that supports activists storytellers and and and lawyers working to to bring about social and and and economic justice and and and human rights for all Bertha Bertha House is is part of of the Bertha Bertha Spaces network of of activist hubs On Site Food
On site food food is prepared by Jane Nshuti a a a a a a a a a a a plant-based African food food educator and and a a a a a a a a a a a chef She cooks and and creates to to to nourish stomachs souls and and minds Her recipes and and food food philosophies intertwine to to to advance food food security community and a a a a a a a a a passion for African African food systems She runs pro-African cooking classes hosts plant-based feasts and encourages us to eat healthier meals while embracing our our African heritage She brings all of this experience to to Bertha House as the the the Head Chef at the the the Activist Café Soon to to be launched the the the Activist Café is is a a a a a a site for food food justice that aims to to to bring us us us together around nutritious food food and storytelling Map
